Purpose-built VSLAM+ navigation with 3D LiDAR is engineered for the lighting and layout of semi-outdoor hotel spaces — corridors, gardens, poolside, and fitness zones — while 3D multi-sensor obstacle avoidance keeps it safe around guests. Secure 2-4 compartment delivery with password, phone-number, and NFC pickup, continuous compartment ventilation, and automatic charging make it a true 24/7 building delivery solution. Cloud-plus-hardware elevator control (KONE and OTIS compatible) and turnstile/e-gate access via PUDU Link let it move freely through multi-story buildings, while the PUDU management platform handles real-time monitoring, multi-robot scheduling, and crowd avoidance. It docks and recharges itself automatically — about 4 hours for up to 9 hours of runtime — for around-the-clock delivery.
